It's funny—you write a book, send it out into the world, and (unless you're a writer like John Grisham or J.K. Rowling) most of the time you don't even know if anyone's reading it, much less enjoying it. So the emails I get from readers really make a difference. For me, it's the best part about writing books.

The thing is, I'm just starting a new book, and I've discovered over the years that I'm terrible at multi-tasking. So I wanted to let you know if you write, I may not be able to write back.

However, will try to catch up on my email after I finish a rough draft, though that might not be for a few months. But ***you need to include your email address in order for me to be able to write to you.*** And don't forget the second part after the @.
